Cancellation Policy

At Chart Wizard Publication, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below are the details of our cancellation policy:

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
   • You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us at info@chartwizard.in or +91 8767020063 , with your order details.
   • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be initiated and processed within 5 working days.
   • If the payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment:
   • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse delivery when it arrives, and the item will be returned to us. Once we receive the package, a refund will be processed.
3. No Cancellation for Delivered Orders:
   • Orders that have already been delivered cannot be canceled. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement under our Replacement Policy.
4. Non-Refundable Orders:
   • Orders for books are non-refundable once delivered. In case of cancellation before shipment or refusal at delivery, only a refund will be provided as per the conditions mentioned above.
