At Chart Wizard Publication, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Below is our refund and replacement policy to address any concerns with your order.
1. Refund Eligibility:
Orders are eligible for a refund only if they are canceled or refused before delivery. Refunds will be processed once we receive the package from the canceled order.
Books are eligible for replacement only within 7 days of delivery in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item being delivered.
To qualify for a replacement, the item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and contents.
2. Refund Processing Time:
Once the cancelled package is received, we will process your refund within up to 5 working days. Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit/Debit card, UPI, etc.).
3. Bank Processing Time:
If the refund hasn’t been received within the standard time frame (5 working days), we advise you to contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more details.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed in cash. In exceptional cases, refunds may be issued via a paper cheque.
4. Refund to Expired or Inactive Cards:
If the card used to place the order is no longer active or has expired, please contact us directly for assistance in handling your refund.
Important: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on the buyer’s account must match the name on the bank account where the refund is being processed.
